Save more than our fee, or we refund it.

Before issuing your signed appraisal, we check whether the supported PST savings exceed everything you paid us, including any rush upgrade, optional preparation fee and applicable taxes. If they do not, we stop and refund your full payment.

After delivery, if you believe the appraisal did not produce the supported savings, send us the relevant broker paperwork or Ministry decision and we will review it. A change of mind, or choosing not to use a completed appraisal, does not by itself qualify.

This guarantee does not limit your rights in the case of genuine errors or other applicable customer rights.

If we miss your confirmed rush delivery time, we'll refund the $20 rush upgrade plus applicable tax.

It is not a promise that every vehicle produces savings. PST is always calculated on the greater of your purchase price and the appraised value, so an appraisal can never reduce tax below the price you actually paid. When the numbers do not work in your favour, we tell you and refund you instead of issuing a report that cannot help.

It is not a valuation-on-demand. Your signed FIN 320 documents the value your vehicle's actual condition supports, backed by the photos and details you provide.
